The decor screams for a refresh!!! It's quite disheartening to find worn carpets and stale odors in corridors. Serious upgrades are necessary for the shower facilities and soundproofing-merely acceptable is not enough!!!

The staff are very helpful and the rooms are clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient to a number of cities and colleges.

Some of the rooms smell of cigarettes and we are non smokers.

Nothing against the hotel but the rooms were very hot even with the windows open, especially when your sharing room with the kids who were also hot. Maybe air conditioning might bbe worth considering???

The Redwings Lodge was a really nice hotel . The staff treated us very well and were very helpful . We were a young group of people all being between 18 and 24 .We had been refused booking to other hotels in the area . The rooms were clean...  

i found the hotel to be very clean, the bathroom was also very clean which i find is most important. The breakfast was more than ample for what you need. and the staff were very pleasant.

I could not fault anything about redwings infact this was my second visit and I plan to go back next year.
